Service Description

Capture Client builds and maintains websites for local businesses. Our service tiers include one-time website builds and ongoing growth plans that include weekly content creation and optimization.

Ownership

You own your website content, domain, and all assets we create for you. We retain the right to use anonymized performance data to improve our service. If you cancel, your website remains live and you retain full ownership.

Payment

Pricing is as listed on our website at the time of your signup. Setup fees are charged once. Monthly plans are billed monthly. You can cancel your monthly plan at any time — no contracts, no cancellation fees.

Our Obligations

• Deliver initial website within 48-72 business hours of intake form submission
• Growth Plan: publish new content weekly based on search data
• Growth Plan: provide weekly performance reports
• Maintain website hosting and SSL certificates

Your Obligations

• Provide accurate business information in the intake form
• Respond to questions about your business within a reasonable time
• Ensure you have the right to use any logos or images you upload

Limitation of Liability

Capture Client is not liable for search engine ranking changes, algorithm updates, or third-party service outages. We provide a website building and optimization service — we do not guarantee specific rankings or traffic numbers.
